Syntegrity regularly employs highly competent, independent partners to participate in the accomplishment of our clients' project requirements. Our clients understand the value that our partners contribute within the context of Syntegrity's responsibility and accountability to deliver. Our STEP program, described below, creates a highly synergistic relationship for talented independent consultants to play a key role in great assignments.
Syntegrity Tactical Enterprise Partner (STEP) Programs - Syntegrity maintains a number of trusted third party relationships as a talent pool. Using these resources is openly discussed with the client in advance, and Syntegrity clearly maintains responsibility and accountability. We have created three unique "STEP" partner opportunities. We created the first two programs, STEP-UP and IN-STEP, to reflect the specific work environment preferences of our independent partners. To that end, Syntegrity places a premium on working with clients that appreciate the value of assembling a "best-of-breed" resource team that can work synergistically from disparate remote locations. The third program, STEP-TOGETHER, reflects Syntegrity's flexibility and willingness to work with other client resources.
STEP-UP partners participate as subcontractors to Syntegrity for hands-on projects under direct supervision by Syntegrity. STEP-UP partners often play an important role in Syntegrity's efforts to help clients accomplish EDI translation software "version conversion". Another example is the critical work associated with helping clients migrate from one vendor's product to another. Direct client contact is very limited; however, you will understand your role within the overall project framework. STEP-UP partners are expected to routinely communicate their schedule of availability to Syntegrity and be willing to "step-up" to the opportunities and responsibilities of meeting the needs of Syntegrity's clients.
STEP-UP partners work from their own SOHO (Small Office Home Office), perform to strict performance milestones, and must conform to Syntegrity's high standards of integrity and accountability. As a STEP-UP partner, you are rarely expected to travel, but may be required to attend periodic training sessions and/or project kick-off meetings.
IN-STEP partners also operate as subcontractors to Syntegrity, but play a much more visible role with the client. As an IN-STEP partner, you will work side-by-side with Syntegrity employees and executives to support the accomplishment of the client's objectives. In addition to working hands-on with the client's EC software, you may be involved in analysis and planning activities. IN-STEP partners get intimately involved in the details of system and software migrations ... defining job streams, defining how to run in parallel, and moving seamlessly from test to production.
IN-STEP partners work from their own SOHO (Small Office Home Office), perform to strict performance milestones, and must conform to Syntegrity's high standards of integrity and accountability. As an IN-STEP partner, you must be willing to travel on a periodic basis. Syntegrity is committed to a "virtual" work environment and makes every effort with our clients to limit travel requirements.
STEP-TOGETHER partners may or may not operate as subcontractors to Syntegrity based largely on the request of the client. STEP-TOGETHER partners may include software vendors, uniquely qualified experts, or other consulting firms. In fact, the creation of a STEP-TOGETHER partnership demonstrates Syntegrity's willingness to extend our synergistic foundation to work with our clients' other trusted resources.
